Listening to the podcast with Lama now, and just got up to the part where she says she keeps looking for her tribe, and the LGBT ppl in England won’t accept her because she won’t march in the “pro-Palestine” rallies. Lama, thank you for having integrity, something which is dangerously short supply these days. I feel like I always say a version of the same thing in these posts, but if those marches were truly pro-Palestinian and not just antisemitism masquerading as humanitarianism, I would march. I have a gay friend who was basically kicked out of a “queer gaze” affinity group for being Israeli. Please know that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We are here with you.
